Self Plan
I do love magazines, I'm not gonna lie. I know the models are airbrushed and unrealistic, the information is regurgitated, but that doesn't stop me from picking them up on occasion as a treat. Big Breakfast
Just out of interest this morning, I decided to see how much my entire breakfast weighs and was shocked to see it was just over 1000g! That is without including the dish! To break it down, here is what it contained: 50g jumbo oats 250ml oat milk 50g Greek yoghurt 250g fresh berries 10g desiccated coconut 20g flaked almonds 30g coconut butter Now it’s written out like that, I can see how it all weighs up.
