Of late, I’ve been making a real effort to practice my third world squats . On occasions where I would normally bend down, stoop or sit for brief moments of time, I’ve been sitting in the third world squat instead. Self Plan

I do love magazines, I'm not gonna lie. I know the models are airbrushed and unrealistic, the information is regurgitated, but that doesn't stop me from picking them up on occasion as a treat.
