Hola blog friends, hope you are all having a wonderful day :) Before I say anything else, I need to correct my last post – it’s actually been 7 weeks since starting paleo, not 6.  So, progress pictures will be taken this coming Sunday – eeeeeeek!  *Prays for a slim day* I’ve had a few questions lately about what I have been eating, calorie intake, macro split, etc since eating paleo and starting intermittent fasting.  I’m gonna cover all this in a post tomorrow so if you have any questions, leave them at the end of this post

Bringing sexy back?

Progress picture alert! Ok, so I’m nowhere near as lean as I was this time last year but I’ve accepted that and I’m cool with it. I’m leaning out week to week and it won’t be long before I’m back to where I was :D Anyway, here is a comparison picture of my back – March 2010 vs April 2011… So yeah, not as lean but I’ve built up some decent muscle in the last 12 months. The picture from last year was actually taken post workout when I was pumped and today’s pic was taken randomly, by my ace photographer mini JAG.
