What I’ve Been Eating

I’ve not been doing many food posts as I’m not sure if you guys would be interested in it but a few people have asked what sort of meals I’ve been eating.  So, here are some of the delicious meals I’ve been enjoying… Frittatas… Berry smoothie with coconut milk… Scrambled eggs (these would be eaten after a smoothie or cereal)… Paleo friendly “cereal” with shredded coconut and home made almond milk… Home made king prawn & vegetable curry… Marinated chicken breast with salad & spiralised veggies… Prawn & chicken stir fry… Home made lamb burgers with sweet potato wedges and salad… Marinated lamb kebabs with sweet potato wedges… And of course, my favourite – steak! And as a real decadent treat, 85% cocoa Lindt dark chocolate spread with coconut butter – like a luxurious bounty! Average macro split since I started on 13th March til today (results from WLR) are… Fat: 56.7% Protein: 33.2% Carbs: 10% And I’ve eaten a total of 80 portions of fruit and vegetables! The majority of the calories have been spent on breakfast and dinner as I often find that I’m not hungry at lunch time so most of the time, I often just have a snack. Calories are averaging between 1700-2000
