Where does the time go?
Oh my days, can you believe we’re almost into October already? I can’t believe how quickly this year has gone, so much has changed in my life and time seems to be passing me by! I have had so many emails/comments about people that have missed my updates and I can only apologise to you. I’ve really not had that much time to blog but I am going to make a real effort to post every week, even if it’s just a weekly round up of my exercise/diet/life

Training with a partner
I always preferred to train alone. Over the years I’ve trained with various people and I came to the conclusion that I’m a bit of a loner where training is concerned and that training with a buddy is just not for me. However, I think that’s just because I’ve never really trained with someone who pushes me out of my comfort zone before
