Heatwave…
Oh boy, I’m loving this hot weather! Just when I thought it was time to retire the summer clothes, the sunshine explodes back into my life – I love it! I just got back from spending some time with my gorgeous boyfriend and the weather was just as nice to us… which meant lots of ice cream. And lots of smooching :-D It also meant we hit the gym together and I pulled a 107.5kg deadlift! I had planned to get him to film me but an attack of nerves and lack of confidence stopped me and now I wish I had as he said my form was text book perfect.
