? Good Morning! I took the past couple of days off of blogging to sort of regroup before my 29th birthday. This year (to sound like my old hokey boss in nyc) is going to be transformative.

Strength Training – How to get started…
Something I noticed from my previous post about strength training (and other posts in the past) is that there are a lot of women out there that really want to include resistance training to their exercise routine but don’t really know where to start. It can be a really daunting prospect, walking into the gym, seeing the free weights area filled with hulking dudes, heaving weights about and grunting – how could one not feel intimidated? Which exercises should you do?
