Strength Training – How to get started…
Something I noticed from my previous post about strength training (and other posts in the past) is that there are a lot of women out there that really want to include resistance training to their exercise routine but don’t really know where to start. It can be a really daunting prospect, walking into the gym, seeing the free weights area filled with hulking dudes, heaving weights about and grunting – how could one not feel intimidated? Which exercises should you do?
